We added milk back to his diet and he was fine- it's just the gluten that's a problem. [/quote] NP here. An elimination diet works best for adults if you want to find out what is wrong. You take all of the possible offenders out first (for about 4-6 weeks for maximum benefits) and then add them back in one at a time. This is the best way to make sure that the reason for the improvement was one particular food. When you add it back, you find the answer you are looking for. [/quote]
