Respectfully, as a parent who works an inflexible job, childcare has consistently been the most difficult problem for me to solve.  There seen not thousands of people looking for very part time positions early in the a.m..[/quote]

+1 - Child care has been the hardest part of parenting after a multi-year, multi-IVF journey to get here.  It was also the hardest part of trying for #2.  Please don't discount it - no one WANTS to be the person with a kid in the waiting room or at the appointment (and thankfully I never was), but there is a reason why some clinics accommodate it.  It is up to patients to rise above and have empathy on BOTH sides.[/quote]
