I understand you are trying to make a point about how quickly houses sell in the area, but am a little unsure why it was necessary to say "even that house" when referring to the Parisi home. :( Perhaps I am being too sensitive due to knowing the family. :( Houses in the area do sell very quickly. Even homes that need a tremendous amount of work-- remodeling, new roofs, new appliances, new HVAC, etc.-- sell quickly.[/quote]
