Nope. He's pursuing the child support that their child is owed by her. She agreed to this child and refuses to take responsibility for it when she wanted out of the marraige. Like thousands of women in this country have to fight for their child's rights, Lamar is fighting for his child's rights.[/quote] Naw, it was set up. She was already taking care of a special needs child. She was uber busy during their marriage and admittedly left a lot of her personal affairs in the hands of others -- including Lamar. She messed up. It happens to the best of them. I read a lot of autobiographies and biographies of old stars and similar situations have happened with them - thinking of people like Josephine Baker, Pearl Bailey, and even Lena Horne![/quote]

She gave interviews to magazines like Essence talking about the surrogate mother and how excited they were. Plus signed legal docs and had lawyers involved to hire the mother.
