You obviously have no clue what you are talking about. BASIS has a great model and selective admissions will allow them to provide a great private school education. We are a former BASIS family who loved that the school, unlike others, doesn't teach to the lowest common denominator. They know what children are capable of and challenge them. Had Sean Aiken stayed as HOS for BASIS DC, we would still be there. He is a smart, dynamic, charismatic leader who was a teacher and is passionate about education.[/quote]
