In Tucson I'd definitely see the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, plus Saguaro National Park.  If you have the time and aren't afraid of CBP, Organ Pipe is beautiful and full of solitude.  Seriously one of the quietest places I've ever been.  If they're into airplanes, Pima Air & Space Museum is a no-brainer, and consider the add on tour to the  309th AMARG at Davis-Monthan.  These depart at scheduled times, so if it's something you want to do, check the times first.  Coronado National Forest, either up to Summerhaven on Mt. Lemmon or Sabino Canyon is also very nice.  We're Marriott people so I can't help with hotels but Tucson tends to be more inexpensive than you'd think.

Northern Arizona is obviously the Grand Canyon.  I would also suggest Petrified Forest National Park and Tonto National Monument.  That part of the state really isn't my thing, so that's all I can suggest.[/quote]
