She's not plateaued, she's not losing slowly, she's not at a stagnant point in her weight loss. She's gaining weight per the op. It's fair of him to be concerned. [/quote] She's insulin resistant. Yes, she's gaining and will continue to gain until that is addressed with carb cutting and exercise. Do it now while it is still easy to reverse.[/quote]
