My dad was a boat captain and we wanted to spread his ashes in the harbor. Nobody would take us out to do it unless we were three miles out. It's illegal otherwise. We're planning on spreading my dad's ashes at a fort in Florida. But once again, it's illegal. So we're going to have to do it very quickly when nobody is looking. Sucks but true.[/quote]
