This is rapidly changing, and will depend a lot on where OP lives. Some states still don't let another man challenge the paternity of a child born to a married couple, but some absolutely will if the other man can provide evidence to suggest likelihood of paternity. If OM finds out about a paternity test saying you're not the father, and he had sex with your wife during the window of conception, a judge may allow a paternity action to proceed.[/quote]
