Boys who are now teens and who are very loud when they walk. If our stairs had been uncarpeted, DH and I would have lost our minds. Besides that, I had two friends who fell down their beautiful wood staircases and broke bones. Our stairs will remain carpeted. I could care less what anyone else thinks about it. [/quote]
