A restaurant would open there about every 6 months and close shortly. The manager Dwoskin even pronounced the building cursed. Demographics changed, the Harris Teeter expand the grocery store and the rest is history. You would often see fewer than 5 cars in the parking lot now there are fewer than 5 available spaces most of the time. [/quote]
