You can find her annoying, not like her music, or her (really?) looks but her continued success - whether it is brilliantly finessed through a well executed marketing plan or from the worldwide appeal and popularity of her music but dang - shes a genuine and self-generated success and she is all of 25.  I often laugh at myself for being for the very first time a real FAN (waaaay too old!) but for someone who came from a pretty normal/mid-to upper-middle class suburban family life to extreme success/$$$/fame at such a very young age I have nothing but admiration for her.
