That's not a universal. I find new builds plastic and lacking entirely in character, especially the condos going up around the city. They appear time-stamped. My 110 year old rowhouse has its charm. If I were to buy in the future, I'd upgrade the square footage and would keep to the original flooring and lovely details. Our home came with beautiful woodwork around the windows and stained glass in the skylight. I love it![/quote]
