It was our rental house - we were using it to host several friends and their kids. All 8 bedrooms had to be fumigated. 2 bedrooms (4 beds) totally replaced. Everyone had to vacate immediately and bc we were the owners, we were not moved to a new property. The upsides being 1. This didn't happen to guests (& we didn't lose the income for that week) 2. The bed bug remediation was totally covered by the rental company, including new beds and 3. No one other than me got bites - and I figured out what was going on very quickly. [/quote]
