OP here. sibling claims the estate has "nothing", and thinks nothing of donating the jewelry, as long as me and my children get nothing (sibling has no children). Is there a way I can prove an estate, held in trust (again, NO WILL) - has assets? Such as jewelry, etc. (that sibling claims was sold - I know for a fact it was not). [/quote]
