[/quote] It's easy peasy, you just pull it out, keeping it upright (this may sound difficult, but it's really not), then just dump the blood out into the toilet, then rinse it out in the sink and re-insert. I carry baby wipes with me in my purse so that if I'm in a public restaurant with stalls, I can just wipe it off with one of those instead of using the sink. It's really not as messy as it sounds. I also find the cup much more comfortable than tampons.[/quote]
