Again, my point is that I don’t think job title is such a big deal in child care industry. In fact, job titles don’t say much in plenty of other industries (but I think this is especially true for the child care industry). We sometimes call the staff assistant in my office the secretary. Sure, we can easily call her manager assistant. I don’t care. I don’t think my co-workers care, and I certainly don’t think my managers care. We love her. She is doing a good job, just like Angela is. That’s all it matters.

Again, I sincerely congratulate Angela’s promotion.
