On a $250K renovation/addition, I have been quoted from Concept Design to Detailed Plans/Permitting/Engineering studies~$30K (1/2 Architect, 1/2 Other Professionals/Permitting). How's it going with Scott Allen? We are considering a major renovation/addition and our now looking for architects for our N. Arlington Colonial.[/quote]
