Seems a lot of people are suggesting cucumbers. I just discovered those mini seedless pickling cucumbers a month or so ago and I've been obsessed with how delicious they are. I eat them plain, or with a yogurt greek sauce for dip, in salads, on sandwiches, even just as a side dish with whatever I'm eating. They are so good. No need to peel, and the seeds aren't gross like regular cucumbers, which made me think I didn't like cucumbers until I discovered these mini cucumbers. They are so good!
You've also tried English cucumbers, right? The really long ones hat are sometimes wrapped in plastic? They are kind of like giant versions of the pickling cucumbers you like.
Yes, I have tried those, after I realized how bad cucumbers were beginning to taste, but even those were not anything to get excited about. I had given up on cucumbers until I discovered these mini ones! I just remember cucumbers being so much better when I was a kid and my grandpa had them growing on his farm. But thanks pp!
