I love you list.  It sounds like a cooks kitchen.  Now, how to you specify that this is what you want when house hunting?  Gourmet kitchen seems to mean it looks pretty but no one paid attention to function.[/quote]

Not pp, but you can't. The people who put this much time and effort into their kitchen remodel aren't selling for years. We gutted ours recently and did something similar. Budget the money and gut your kitchen if you want this. [/quote]
