It holds its shape for the most part and I just shake it to move the stuffing around and plump it up. The stuffing Is different than any other pillow I have, but I think that's what makes it unique. There are lots of reviews on qvc, although I bought direct from the site. They usually have promo codes. I'Ve been happy and have my fair share of pillows![/quote]
