When I'm done for the day at work, I just want to go home -- especially during times of low morale. I posted earlier in this thread, and honestly, when morale is really low, it's usually for a reason. You want to fix morale, you have to figure out the reason and fix that. If you aren't in a position to fix it, then just be as nice to people as you can in normal interaction. But forced "morale-building" stuff, in my view, tends to make things worse. [/quote]
