I should say that I think my mother's personality traits are more borderline personality disorder, whereas my father is the family narcissist/sociopath. I tend to be dubious of others who diagnose their parents because, often, the parents are assholes, but not extremely wicked, awful types. Some of the things my parents have done to others makes me fear for their lives because people can't keep just wrecking lives like this with impunity forever.[/quote]
