In fact, there's a shopping center in Cleveland Oark, the Park n Shop, where the front parking is part of the landmark , as it was one of the first such commercial building designs in the U.S. Preservation of that, and stopping what residents called "another Van Ness" proposed at the site, was the catalyst for the whole historic district created in CP in the 80s.[/quote]
