[/quote] Pesto is pretty healthy (not speaking specifically about costci brand, but in general) but in the way nuts and oils are healthy, not a vegetable! A quarter cup of olive oil is almost 500 calories. We love it, but use it on pasta or as a spread in the same amounts as oil or butter.[/quote]
