It really is awesome because I've never had to worry whether I have enough time accrued so I can take my kids to the doctor when they're sick or work from home when it snows. And I don't have to worry that I'm eating up vacation time by doing either of those. So long as I get my work done I'm all good for any time off I need. Between company holidays and PTO I probably take off at least 6 weeks a year altogether. Maybe more - I don't know bc I don't track it. [/quote]
