I soon realized that I didn't care about the communication because I trusted her vision for the school. She was also able to get a lot done that no other principle could have because of her husband and her connections in DCPS. There were a lot of teachers she was able to get rid of, unfortunately one was a very popular librarian. The others definitely needed to go in my opinion.[/quote]
