[/quote] I don't have anything to back it up, it's just a lot of the reason why people go to those places.[/quote] She seemed to be volunteering with a Doctors Without Borders facility - they go to "those places" because they can provide critical medical help to people, not espouse some religious BS. I don't know what she was doing in Syria, but it sounds like she aligned herself with more aid-oriented activities, rather than religious ones. I can only have respect for that. And this is coming from someone who has as little sympathy for a proselytizing missionary, as I do for some ISIS follower. [/quote]
