OP, have you done IUI's before or any procedure like HSG where the catheter went in? Did you have any trouble with that? Was your uterus straight, cervix at the right place and the catheter went in smoothly? If so, don't worry about mock transfer. Mock transfers do not look at polyps, scars etc. It is only done to make sure if you need a regular catheter etc., so that there is no rush or confusion on the day of transfer. IMO, mock transfers are waste of money. I have been to 3 clinics and have done mock transfers. Wasted almost 3x$400 on that. You can ask your RE if you need one as there is no harm in getting it done, but don't get panicky if you don't have one. [/quote]
