I've never seen a glider that allowed me to sit cross legged :-) it was FREE and now it's big enough to accommodate DH, a 4YO, a dog, and a couple books. I also never figured out the actual "gliding" motion... if you have a stool, and it glides too, how the heck do you keep the thing moving when your body and feet are both gliding at different rates?
