Very interested in Valley Mill. My only hesitation is that they seem to separate the boys and girls and my preference is for co-ed. For those whose kids have attended in the past, did you feel the gender separation made any difference to your kids' experiences there, either positive or negative? TIA.
Our older son has done both the "Bees" coed group for little kids and "Boys Camp" for older boys. He liked Bees quite a lot, but absolutely loves Boys Camp. (The boys do crafts, too, but they call it "pioneering," which kills the eyerolls and is for that reason brilliant!) Valley Mill is his favorite camp. We'll see if it leaps from a "good camp" to a "great" one in our younger son's estimation when he moves to Boys Camp this summer....
