Did you notice how Mary unwillingly followed him?  It looked like she was planning on him walking away alone then he looked over his shoulder with a pretty menacing look and she came trotting after him.

No, the police would not be investigating the accidental death of a valet.  Remember, except for one person that heard him say "what are you going here" everyone thought he was accidently bumped and fell in the street.

The Dowager knows about Edith & the baby, right?  You’d think she would be pushing the Lord &  Lady to get her married off.  Or does Mary still “have” to get married first?

I wonder if Rose is going to try & bring back the black jazz singer since she thinks she has her dad’s permission to marry for love.
