I had OHSS, but they decided not to do retrieval and cancelled my cycle the morning of the scheduled retrieval.   I'm guessing they were worried that not many of your eggs would fertilize due to male factor so maybe that is why they decided to go ahead?  ( which doesn't make it right).  They should have kept monitoring you after the retrieval also.

My guess is you are not going to get anywhere with a lawsuit and it will be so stressful.  I'm sure you signed things that said this was a risk.

When you transfer to a new clinic then you will likely get very good treatment.

I'm very sorry this happened to you!  I had two ruptured ectopics and OHSS on my fertility journey.  It all worked out in the end.  Take some time to heal.  I think acupuncture is great.  [/quote]
