At a campaign rally last Thursday, the president exhorted his followers to support him - Boko Haram wasn't mentioned once.  And just today he reportedly pledged 2 million jobs annually if re-elected but didn't make mention of the reported 2,000 deaths in Baga or the recent incident involving a girl perhaps no more than 10 years old who detonated powerful explosives strapped to her body at a crowded northern Nigeria market killing as many as 20 people and wounding many more.  Seriously?!!

Right now the upcoming February elections is all Nigerian officials and politicians care about.  Sad.[/quote]
