I agree up to a point.  However, we have almost no CSRS folks and most people at my agency seem to work pretty hard.  However, it is disheartening to never really get ahead and to see more of the same on the horizon.  [b]If they make cuts to the FERS pension - [/b]I'm out of here.[/quote]

Is this in discussion?  If so, I need to brush up my resume. My husband keeps asking me why do I stay. I have stayed because my current job has allowed for flexibility in getting my kid to appointments.  However if FERS is tinkered with, it tips the scale in a negative direction for staying. [/quote]
