There are quicker versions out there but maybe I'd be better off ordering one. I'll have to check my local bakeries, but, I think I can find a way to do this. Making it 3 months in advance just plain wasn't feasible this year for so many reasons and I have no idea where we'll be celebrating the holidays next year.
