Rape is a criminal offense. Sex is not. Unless a sex has been adjudicated to constitute rape, equating after-the-fact assertions of regrettable sex with rape in a culture that celebrates and rewards status as a victim is an exercise calculated to do little other than expand the victim class for political ends. That's why you have clowns like Joe Biden involved.[/quote]
