Write an email documenting the non-compliance provide the IEP, etc., and ask the school district's compliance person to get back to you with a time for a phone or in person appointment to discuss solutions. You need to make a paper trail. Then, after the phone call follow up again by email with a "thank you" that documents what you understand to have been discussed and the promised actions. [/quote]
