My family was vegetarian for many years, and after the first year or two we have up on the faux turkey. Commercially available ones were just kind of gross, and there are a lot yummier things to make instead. Pp's idea about stuffed acorn squash is a fantastic one. We make a version with quinoa stuffing that is always a hit with herbivores and carnivores alike.[/quote]
