We could move to a larger house in our own community, but we really love our current house and location, just wish it had a tiny bit of extra room. Current house value is approx $500K+ and we bought it at $460. Others in the neighborhood go up to $700K, so even if we put $150K into it, I dont think we'll be pricing it our of the area and we really dont intend to move for the next 20+ years anyway. [/quote]
