After reading this, I'm revising my position and putting my vote with this post. My DC applied ED, and so she was locked in and it didn't matter if she freaked out in March. With Pitt, it sounds like OP's kid won't be locked in. So why not weigh and fully explore at least a few different colleges.[/quote]
