I agree, I like Avery too (this is who I meant in my OP, not "Alex" - I like Avery AND Karev). Also agree that it's meant to give the Chief a new plot line, as well as Meredith. I just think this was such a lame, shark-jumping way to do it since Meredith has already had one surprise sister and we already know how hostile she's going to be to said new sister. Been there, done that, saw those episodes. I really can't believe they stooped this low, to repeat an already-ridiculous plot line FOR THE SAME CHARACTER. I also don't like where things are headed with the new sister and Owen - he's such a good actor that he's able to generate chemistry with pretty much anyone, so he's the obvious choice and crutch to prop up this new character, but come on. Is he going to have a thing with every head of cardio who comes through?

My dream is that they'll bring back a few old characters. Kate Walsh would be nice since I hear her new show sucks. I always liked Teddy. Too bad they killed George instead of just letting him join the Army - we could really use him again.[/quote]
