There are videos that you can watch on Youtube that will show you how to put this stuff on and how take it off without contaminating yourself.

It will run you about $50-$100 a month, because you'll need a fresh set for the morning and a fresh set for the evening, but I don't think you can put too high a price on your health.[/quote]
