That said, I think Minh's has the best ambiance and the best Northern Vietnamese food. For appetizers, try their version of pork-stuff escargot. Delicious. All of their salads are also delicious. Also their sizzling catfish is fantastic and just like what you'd get in Vietnam. Most of the portions are made for family-style sharing so get a bunch of dishes and let everyone have a taste.
