I braised kale and carrots in my pressure cooker. Delicious. Curry chicken, ropa vieja, meatballs in red gravy, short ribs, chicken and rice, pasta with meat sauce
Sounds delicious! Any recipes? I make literally one thing in my pressure cooker -- the toor dal I need to make Indian food.
I've had success in using the recipes from America's Test Kitchen pressure cooker cookbook http://www.amazon.com/Pressure-Cooker-Perfection-Foolproof-Recipes-ebook/dp/B00BJ6SMW2/ref=sr_1_4?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1412106970&sr=1-4&keywords=pressure+cooker+cookbooks. I should note that I think that the page that describes the process for making rice in the pressure cooker prescribes the wrong amount of water. Also, Nom Nom Paleo website's recipe index has some pressure cooker recipes. That's where I got the recipe for the braised kale and carrots.
