i will look more into that. The mortgage company gives me the HUD number everytime i call and i have called and talked to them. but the only thing they said after hearing our numbers was tell us to sell. Even though I said look, I am not wanting to lose the house if possible. of course we didnt expect DH to be out of a job this long :([/quote]
