Uh, I would hesitate to assume she has free will beyond the amount anyone else has. What she is doing is not new or actually ground breaking or even independent from societal norms. She is crafting responses through calculated public displays that push "boundaries" that do not actually exist as they used to. So she rides that line. It is what it is. People make too much of a fuss but then she is an entertainer with things like managers and advisers and they all know exactly what is going on.

So don't be too impressed. She is not so much liberated as she is just another entertainer who has staked a claim on a look and way of being. She is now a slave to that image and will have to do something pretty impressive to sustain it. She is probably actually smart enough to know she will need to reinvent herself to be viable down the line.[/quote]
