But I am entitled to my feelings.  I would like to make a change, have worked hard to be a successful team player & highly valued employee, but I can't risk making this change that could improve my family's lives because of this other instability.  It sucks.  Do other things suck more?  Absolutely.  Doesn't mean I can't be aggravated about it.[/quote]
