I'm not sure on the legal technicalities but my friend had to sue her own mother because they were in a car accident, she was injured and mother was driving. It was all initiated by insurance. I fell at work and broke my ankle and insurance was trying to sue my employer. Turned out to be covered under workers comp though.[/quote]
