Clearly I am chopped liver.[/quote] Oh, yeah, my mother is the one who used to make comments about how amazing it was that DH cooked. She's finally stopped after my repeated explanations that that's more of an expectation than an exception now. I also stopped complaining if DH was annoying me by not doing some household task, which seemed fair. Mom didn't like it, and she wasn't sympathetic, so... And the end of the day, though, it sounds like you do have a pretty good husband, so there is that, and as long as *he* is appreciative of what you do, that's also something. [/quote]
